Our Core Values

1 . Mercy/ Gratitude

While carrying our responsibilities, we give all credit to our Lord, God and adore Him on highest place for His mercy , love, grace, always remaining grateful. (1 Thessalonians 5:18). (Luke 17:11-19).

2 . Integrity

Highly prioritizing the uniqueness of Institutional and welfare of others ,we pursue truth, transparency, and wellbeing with partners across the FNCN communities (Proverbs 28:6; Philippians4:8).

Hospitality: We want everyone with whom we interact to know what it means to be cherished and valued. We seek long-term collaboration, and thus work to build genuine partnerships as a meaningful expression of our commitment to hospitality (1 Peter 4:9; Hebrews 13:2).

3 . Forgiveness

We acknowledge that forgiveness does not erase painful memories, but it does lead to healthy new space for thriving relationships (Daniel 9:9; Matthew 6:7-15; Luke 7: 41-50).

4 . Dignity, Value, and Purpose in our Work

We believe people are created in the image of God to work, cultivate, and create. We celebrate the beauty of work, learning, and practice in the academy, and across the spectrum of marketplace professions (Genesis 1-2).Each one of us is called to serve with impact, and has a unique role to play in God’s greater economy (Colossians 3:17; Ephesians 2:10).

5 . Teamwork

We achieve more and increasingly reflect the image of God when we work together for a better world (Proverbs 27:17; Ecclesiastes 4:9-10). We value teammates, and the interdependencies of true collaboration. Since teams are essential, we nurture healthy group dynamics so we can grow personally, and so our organizational mission can be fully realized (1 Corinthians12:12-31).

6 . Energy, diligence, and creativity

We believe life and work are to be pursued with excellence. We must bring our best energy and creativity to the tasks before us. When we work with passion, imagination, and diligence, we mirror God’s character, and more effectively contribute to healing and transformation in the world (Colossians 3:23; Matthew 25:14-30).

Call & Aspirations

After a long time of prayers coupled with in-depth discussion with our leaders and pastors and keeping in view of the current situation of social, political, religious, economical and cultural context of Christians and inspired by the scriptural verses of Isaih 58:6-7 , we have set the core values “Isaiah 58: 6b-7; Remove, the chains of prisoners who are chained unjustly. Free those who are abused; Share your food with everyone who is hungry; share your home with the poor and homeless. Give clothes to those in need; don’t turn away your relatives (fellow brothers)”.
